Beating the Draw: 5
Okay, we have come to the end of the line for this series, but we still need to talk about observation. In particular, in order to beat the draw, you need to be aware of the hand history of the game you are playing. If there is a history available, check it as much as you can. Keep up on which cards have been played and what cards your opponents have had.
Keeping an eye on misrepresented draws is especially important. It is quite common to draw just a single card while actually holding trips. This may be indicative of two low or small pairs, or it can indicate an opponents’ draw. Keep an eye out for players who stand pat as well.

The real key to beating the draw is actually one of the only things you can control — and it i actually something which can benefit you in all aspects of poker, or gambling in general, no matter what the variation and no matter what the game.
To put it quite simply, you have got to be observant. If you have a good memory, especially, you need to utilize it, but you do not necessarily have to have a photographic memory to be a good poker player and to learn to beat the draw.
